Not necessarily. Insurance acceptance does not guarantee coverage. Your plan may include copays, deductibles, or coinsurance that are your responsibility. Our team can help verify benefits, but final coverage determinations are made by your insurance carrier.

If we are out-of-network with your plan, you may still choose to self-pay. Some plans offer out-of-network reimbursement, and we can provide a superbill upon request.

Uploading a copy of your front and back insurance card is also helpful.

Some insurance plans require prior authorization for certain services. If needed, our office will assist with the process; however, authorization approval is determined by your insurance carrier.

You are responsible for notifying our office of any insurance changes before your appointment. Failure to update insurance information may result in self-pay charges.

We accept major credit cards and secure electronic payment methods. Any copays or balances due are expected at the time of service and we require a valid card to remain on file at all times for our clients
